The music heard each week at FPCY is diverse, beautiful, and aims to bring people to a transcendent place during Sunday worship. The Chancel Choir leads the music regularly, but the Children's Choir and Handbell Choir also present music at various times throughout the year.

Our new church organ by the Martin Ott Pipe Organ Company sounded its first note in public on Sunday, November 23. The instrument uses pipes from the original 1897 Jardine & Sons Organ with expanded pipework and new works.
The dedicatory concert was Sunday, Jan. 25 at 3 p.m. by Dr. John Weaver, Prof. of Organ Emeritus, Julliard & Curtis Institute, Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Weaver was the Director of Music and Organist at the Madison Avenue Presbyterian Church, New York City and chair of the PC(USA) hymnal committee in 1984.
